Dear Mr. Haq:
The refrigerator (Model: SJ-GC700VSL, Invoice: THS5248) I purchased from your sales center four months ago is not working. I suppose it was defective and somehow it slipped your inspection process.
I already phoned your office. My call was received by someone who said that you were going to repair it for me. But this product carries a five year warranty and I would like you to replace it with a new one rather than just repair it.
I hope you would take immediate action in this matter.
Sincerely,
Noel D. Santiago
