The Principal
New Degree Gov. College, Rajshahi.
Subject: Application for opening a cultural club.
Sir,
With due respect, we beg to state that there is no cultural club in our college. As a result, we are out of any involvement with any artistic or cultural activities in the college. Most of us spend our leisure time doing nothing or at best gossiping idly. We have no scope to nourish our latent talent for music, acting, debates or other creative activities. A cultural society at the college will enable us to develop our mental intellectual and creative faculties. It will help us become a complete man individually.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would consider our prayer sympathetically and take all necessary steps to establish a cultural club in our college so as to make us fit for competitive world.
Obediently yours
Arifeen Ahmed and Dorothy
On behalf of the students of the College.
