Tourist Spots of Bangladesh
Bangladesh is the darling child of nature. So, she has been blessed with innumerable natural scenic spots all over the country. All these beautiful places are the tourists' attraction from home and abroad. The National Park at Gazipur, the BARI at Comilla, Rangamati, Bandarban, Cox's Bazar sea beach, Kuakata sea beach, Hiron Point in the Sundarbans, the Shat Gombuj Mosque at Bagerhat, the tea gardens of Sreemangal are some of the most important tourist spots of Bangladesh. They are attractive because of their scenic natural beauty. The tourists of home and abroad visit these places and enjoy their exquisite beauty to their mind's content. The tourists are enjoyed to see the endless beauty of those places. At present some of these tourist spots lag behind to attract tourists for lack of accommodation facilities for them. Kuakata is truly a virgin sea beach. Hiron Point is also such a tourist spot. The government should take effective steps to uplift their present condition by making arrangements for accommodation, safety of the tourists and enhance the beauty of the spots. When more and more tourists from home and abroad will visit these spots, the economy of the tourism corporation will increase to a great extent.

বাংলাদেশ প্রকৃতির অতি আদরের সন্তান। তাই সারাদেশে অসংখ্য সুন্দর প্রাকৃতিক দৃশ্য দ্বারা সে আশীর্বাদপুষ্ট। এসব সুন্দর স্থানগুলো দেশ বিদেশের পর্যটকদের আকর্ষণ। গাজীপুরের জাতীয় উদ্যান, কুমিল্লার BARI, রাঙামাটি, বান্দরবান, কক্সবাজার সমুদ্র সৈকত, কুয়াকাটা সমুদ্র সৈকত, সুন্দরবনের হিরণ পয়েন্ট, বাগেরহাটের ষাট গম্বুজ মসজিদ, শ্রীমঙ্গলের চা বাগান বাংলাদেশের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পর্যটন স্থানসমূহের অন্যতম। তাদের দর্শনীয় প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যের কারণে তারা আকর্ষণীয়। দেশ বিদেশের দর্শনার্থীগণ এ সমস্ত স্থান দর্শন করে এবং মন ভরে তাদের অসাধারণ সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করে। দর্শনার্থীরা/পর্যটকরা ঐ সমস্ত স্থানের অসীম সৌন্দর্য দেখে বিমোহিত হয়। বর্তমানে কোনো কোনো পর্যটন স্থান পর্যটকদের জন্য আবাসন স্থানের অভাবে পর্যটক আকর্ষণে পিছিয়ে আছে। কুয়াকাটা প্রকৃতপক্ষে একটি অব্যবহৃত সমুদ্র সৈকত। হিরণ পয়েন্টও এমনি একটি পর্যটন স্থান। পর্যটকদের জন্য আবাসনের বন্দোবস্ত, পর্যটকদের নিরাপত্তা ও স্থানগুলোর সৌন্দর্য বৃদ্ধি করে এদের বর্তমান অবস্থার উন্নতির জন্য সরকারকে উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া উচিত। যখন দেশ বিদেশের বহু সংখ্যক পর্যটক এ সকল স্থান দর্শন করবে তখন পর্যটন কর্পোরেশনের অর্থনীতি বহুলাংশে বৃদ্ধি পাবে।
