A Good Teacher
A teacher is one who proves herself/himself very much useful and ideal to the students. Actually a good teacher possesses a number of good qualities. She/he is a person of great learning. She/he appears before the students as a great personality with immense knowledge in various subjects of interest. Students usually take her/him with great respect and confidence. As she/he builds up the career of the young generation, she/he must be very much loving to them. A good teacher is always curious about the students. She/he finds out the creative sides of the students and stirs their potentialities. She/he never likes passive students in the classroom. She/he always tries to stimulate students so that they contribute to the development of the class activities. By making them competent and happy with their lessons a good teacher makes them confident of their worth. She/he wants to make her/his students skilled in practical application of the lessons. She/he undergoes various academic and administrative training courses and equips herself/ himself with necessary resources and efficiencies. A good teacher is an asset to the society. She/he plays the most important role to build the nation. So a good teacher should be duly honoured and properly placed in the society.
একজন ভালো শিক্ষক
একজন শিক্ষক তিনি যিনি তার শিক্ষার্থীদের নিকট নিজেকে খুবই প্রয়োজনীয় এবং আদর্শ হিসেবে প্রকাশ করেন। মূলত একজন ভালো শিক্ষক ভালো গুণাবলী ধারণ করেন। তিনি বিদ্বান ব্যক্তি। তিনি বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে অপরিমেয় জ্ঞানের একজন মহান ব্যক্তিত্ব হিসেবে শিক্ষার্থীদের নিকট আবির্ভূত হন। শিক্ষার্থীরা তাকে বিশেষ সম্মান ও আস্থার সহিত গ্রহণ করে। যেহেতু তিনি যুব সম্প্রদায়ের জীবিকার্জনের ধারা তৈরি করেন, সেহেতু তাদের সবার কাছে তার প্রিয়/গ্রহণযোগ্য হওয়া উচিত। একজন ভালো শিক্ষক সর্বদা শিক্ষার্থীদের বিষয়ে/সম্পর্কে উৎসুক। তিনি শিক্ষার্থীদের সৃজনশীল দিকগুলি খুঁজে বের করেন এবং তাদের সম্ভাবনাময় দিকগুলিকে উত্তেজিত করেন। তিনি শ্রেণিকক্ষে কখনো নিষ্ক্রিয় শিক্ষার্থী পছন্দ করেন না। তিনি সর্বদা শিক্ষার্থীদের উদ্দীপ্ত করতে চেষ্টা করেন, যাতে তারা শ্রেণিকক্ষের কার্যাবলীর উন্নয়নকল্পে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারে। একজন ভালো শিক্ষক তার শিক্ষাদানের মাধ্যমে তাদের যোগ্য ও খুশি করে তিনি তার যোগ্যতার প্রতি তাদের আস্থাবান করে তোলেন। তিনি শিক্ষার্থীদের তার অধ্যায়ে বাস্তব ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে দক্ষ করে গড়ে তুলতে চান। তিনি বিভিন্ন প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ও প্রশাসনিক প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণ করেন এবং নিজেকে প্রয়োজনীয় সম্পদ ও দক্ষতায় সুসজ্জিত করেন। একজন ভাল শিক্ষক সমাজের একটি সম্পদ। তিনি জাতি গঠনে অত্যন্ত মূল্যবান ভূমিকা পালন করেন। সুতরাং একজন ভালো শিক্ষক পরিপূর্ণরূপে সম্মানিত এবং তাদেরকে সমাজের সঠিক/নির্ধারিত স্থানে বসাতে হবে।
