A. Talk about the pictures. Then read and listen to the poem.
A little plant
In the heart of a seed
Buried deep, so deep,
A dear little plant
Lay fast asleep.
"Wake!" said the voice
Of the rain drops bright.
The little plant heard.
And rose to see
What the wonderful
Outside world might be.
B. As you listen to the poem, notice how these groups of are pronounced. Practise saying these words.

C. Ask and answer the questions.
