An application to perform a cultural function

Imagine you are “Deep” by name and a student of Perojpur Govt. College. The students of your college want to arrange a cultural function. Now, write an application to your Principal for his permission to perform the function in the college auditorium.

Subject: Prayer for arranging a cultural function in the college auditorium.

Dear Sir,

With due respect and humble submission, I, on behalf of the students of your college, beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that we want to arrange the annual cultural function on the 21st September, 2019 in the college auditorium. We have already contracted some artists. They have gladly accepted our invitation. So, we are in great need of Tk. 3,000 for this purpose.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to perform the function in the college auditorium and oblige thereby.
