An application to construct a bridge over the canal

Suppose, you have to come to college crossing a big canal. During the rainy season it creates a great problem for you to come to college. You want to have a bridge over the canal. (You are Nazrul of the village Noringpur. A big canal runs along your village. People have to cross it everyday. But they have to suffer much. Only the construction of bridge can solve this problem). Now, write an application to the Deputy Commissioner of your district to construct a bridge over the canal.

Sir,

With due respect and humble submission, on behalf of the inhabitants of the village Noringpur under Rangpur Upazilla, I beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that there is no college in our village. We have to go to the only college which is situated on the other side of a big canal. We have to cross the canal with ferry boat standing much time in the ferry-ghat and so have to lose valuable time. Moreover, we can not reach college in time. During the rainy season, the students have to go to college with great risk. The sufferings of the villagers are also great.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to construct a bridge over the canal immediately for the welfare of the people of our village.
